I Have a Confession

my past haunt me and    due to that my present is getting worse and future is not bright ... i ahve become  mentally  unstable and depress due to it....  and i am ill too... cant sleep or wish to do any thing... if any happiness came to me i say no to it because i dont want to make other sad
