I Have a Confession

heart beat rising and depression taking pilse ... taking my pilse cant survive with out it sorry my friend i have to eat my sleeping pilse... i cant be this any more i had it .... how to be normal again ..its hard really hard ...

I know your feelings but taking your life is Not the answer.

Seek help someplace if neede but don't give up. I go thru this alot lately but find something positive to focus on and just push thru the day. It is hard, extremeley hard but you are stonger then you think. There is a way back to a normal life.

I know, I truly do, I just made it thru today myself but I keep Hope that tomarrow will be better, that something good will come my way. I will see what happens tomarrow and tonight I will go with the fact that I made it thru today and I have this site tonight to fing some reason to get thru till tomarrow.
