as long as there is life, there is hope. the fact that you shared such a disturbing thought, shows that you atleast "hope" that someone or something can manifest that hope into reality. whatever has happened, understand that its a part of life and that nothing, absolutely nothing can break you, unless you allow it that power. concetrate on your accomplishments for the rest of the day so, that they can become your umbrella.

i try it many time i am trying it from last 4 years that every thing will be alright but now all the things all what i dream are broken......... my family doest support me that much the person i love is force to get married to some one else and i cant do any thing ..i try to let it go but i cant due it i am facing depression and mental stress

if you continue to say those destructive words"I CAN'T" then you can't expect anything else to occur. life is what you make it. and perhaps the circumstances that have propelled you into this gloomy state of being, were a part of your life's plan. its possible that you have to reach this point of hopelessness, to acquire the mentality needed to access and accomplish your dreams. now, there has to be something in your life right now, no matter how small or insignificant, that brings you happiness. whether it be the purchase of some cherished item or a silly accomplishment that really has no value, but makes you smile. the fact that your problems begin 4 years ago and you're STILL here should tell you something...its not quite over, yet! we live and we love throughout our life span. sometimes, it works and sometimes it doesn't, but rest assure that it is better to know love than to have never met. you will meet someone else who will love and appreciate you for who you are...trust me. i can continue to encourage you until the universe falls to the earth, but until you make the decision to move on, its pointless. therefore, the ball's in your court...so, what are you going to do with it...try to make the basket or just give it to the other team???
