Just be yourself, say what is in your heart. Sometimes you just need to take a deep breath and go for it. You may not always be successful, but you'll never be left with "what ifs"

Just go for it. Worst case scenario is that they don't feel the same. Rejection will only sting for a bit and then you move on.
