It's a shame because these sort of men mess it up for us good guys. Keep your chin up and avoid him as much as possible. I'm always here to chat to via inbox! X

A man, or woman, but let's face it it's usually a man.... doesn't have to be sociopathic or psychopathic to seek out and manipulate people with issues. He just needs to be insecure and weak. When he is entirely unequipped to impress well adjusted adults then he will often seek out those who he deems to be vulnerable, i.e. those who impress easier. This can be women with issues or it can be much younger women. It's akin to a professional football player being too much of a coward to compete among equals and instead choosing to play for a local pub team because that's the only way he can look good, by being in less talented company.

I think all kids in the new gen re psycho watching YouTube and Tik-Tok videos of them messing with people and laughing about it even though it destroyed the other person's life.

Work has been a mixed bag of heroes and villains. Thankfully, I've learned my lesson--work is about work.

Do yourself a solid & don't befriend or get romantically involved with people you work with. Saves you from a lot of headaches.
You all need to have a meeting with HR about him, he needs to be fired for creating an abusive workplace environment.
