As you say it might be easier said than done but we just have to pick ourselves up dust ourselves off. Learn from the experience so we done make the same mistake again and move on to bigger and better things.

It seems to me that you are a strong woman. I know it's no fun to be strong but it helps you out in the end. You can do this, stay busy and keep your mind involved in other things.

In the end, you do have this, and any other adversity life throws your way. Why?!? Because you are a loving mother and you will always have that role to soften any other blow that comes your way.
