I believe you're correct. However, that is up to each State to determine as it was originally written for the ruling.

Texas wants everyone that even supports it. Doctor's and all, including bystanding men's medical records.

They want to jail anyone associated with abortion.

You don't report it, everyone they can find will have committed a crime.

@AbbySvenz I understand your Statement and believe you do have rights, the areas it gets dicey is in some states that propeosing up to Birth being ok, that's murder in my eyes.
