So Tired Of All The Abortion Restrictions.

I have been in training for last year to assist in pregnancy termination. I have been volunteering at my aunt's clinic for that long, and she has been a provider for nearly 20 years. I am ready for the nonsense to end and people to wake up to the reality that women's reproductive rights are one of the most important issues of our time.

I am tired of euphemism's used by pro abortion. Reproductive rights, pro choice, anti choice, termination of pregnancy, products of conception, fetus, abortion rights advocates, anti choice advocates.

We have no problem saying the words that mouthwash & bleach kill germs. What do weed spray, mouse traps or bug spray do ? They kill. What does the abortion procedure do ? It kills a human life. If a fetus is such an insignificant " thing " why avoid saying the word kill when discussing abortion ? If pro abortion are so proud of a " womans right " they should be shouting from the roof top.

They won't use" political correct terms " because they are offensive and judgmental.
Euphemism's are more polite and kinder to women. Once again, if someone believes that abortions are a positive moral action for the good of society, they wouldn't have to hide behind sissy soft euphemisms The purpose of an abortion procedure is always to produce a dead human being. Nothing else can be expected.

An abortion doesn' t make a woman unpregnant, it makes her the mother of a dead baby

I agree, we should simply refer to pro-choice as anti-forced birth.

@BlueVeins The opposite of pro life is pro death. There is no.such thing as pro choice. If one of these.choices. Is abortion then they are.pro abortion

@missyann Faye Wattleton, President of Planned Parenthood would take issue with all your anti-abortion propaganda. She has never made a statement advocating for abortion. She has simply stated that it is none of her business. Women should not have to live in fear of the American police coming after them. They should not have to board a plane to California to have an abortion when such services were once available in their own state until politicians decided to outlaw a medical procedure without a thought for the desperation and hardship this would cause. The anti-abortion extremists are harassing clinics and increasing the cost of the procedure as they have to hire clinic escorts so women can safely walk to the clinic from their vehicles. Making such a procedure illegal only causes harm to women.

@Wales I do believe that I have the right as a voting citizen of this country to speak out against something that I think is immoral and terrible for society.

I don't want any woman living in fear. I realize that women in crisis pregnancies are desperate, and scared but that doesn't justify killing. There is help available in every crisis pregnancy situation for a woman.

I don't believe in either side harassing and threatening each other. I have never supported personal a property attacks in the name of protest. I have never harassed a woman, I have never told a woman that she will burn in hell nor would I ever and I don't associate with those who do, or anyone who isn't kind. - The past couple years pro abortion has caused more property damage on PCC " if abortions aren't safe, than neitner are you "

@missyann You make some valid points. What I have never been convinced of is that government intervention when it comes to private medical care will do anything except force people into dangerous situations. The American government has caused mass murder to non-Americans all over the world. This happens when the United States military murders innocent civilians in the name of freedom for Americans. I don't see this government as a benevolent entity. A Supreme Court decision which gave the states more power to restrict access to private medical care has put poor women who don't have the resources to leave their own communities into a situation of unwanted motherhood. The American government does not provide the social services that many European governments provide such as government funded maternity leave. In making abortion a crime, the American police become involved in people's personal lives in a very frightening way. You cannot legislate morality and a minority viewpoint of wanting to outlaw abortion is what is currently represented in the United States Supreme Court which is now allowing the state governments to have tyrannical control over their citizens.

@missyann If you don't want to go to minneapolis then don't get on the train. But...sometimes bad things happen. Unexpected things, Cruel things. Surely you don't want people to suffer. Unwanted children know they are and that's not good either. Raising too many children than you have time and resources for is a disaster. There is a time for all things. A time to live and a time to die. Options must be available for the lost.

@Wales I agree with you on healthcare. America has to do better on this. Pro life absolutely has to push better healthcare NOW if we are going to ask women to choose life. The group I'm with has started to work on this. There is help in every crisis pregnancy situation so I can never justify the need for abortion

We have a law that says it is murder to wilfully, intentionally and deliberately kill an innocent human being. Abortion does exactly this. I believe that every citizen has to be held to the same standards and consequences.

Yes, it is sad when innocent human beings are killed in wars. But it is not the military's intention that innocent human beings be killed. This is an unfortunate reality in war.. The act of an abortion the intention is ALWAYS to kill.
missyann · 56-60
@Tastyfrzz " Don't want to go, then don't go "Is equivalent as saying " Don't want to molest a child, then don't do it "

Absolutely, cruel, unfair and sometimes even tragic things happen, but that can never justify wilfully, intentionally and deliberately killing an innocent human being no matter what the situation is. Our job as a society is to insure that women have support in every crisis pregnancy situation. This help is already in place across the country..

Children never have to be born into an unwanted situation. There is adoption. Of course there is a time for everything but there is never a time to wilfully, intentionally and deliberately kill an innocent human being

@missyann define " human being" . We can go on forever.
In the end it's not your call. Not everyone believes what you do. Quit trying to control other people. If you're justifying it with religion then knock the dust off of your shoes and move on.

@Tastyfrzz I’m not telling anyone what they can do. I vote for politicians who support my values and beliefs. This is my right. I let them tell women what they can do.

It does matter wether my beliefs come from God or the Easter bunny. I believe they are right

@missyann It is always the intention of the United States military to murder innocent civilians all over the world. This is what is known as terrorism. The same government funding this mass murder is now restricting a medical procedure needed by women who should have a choice in a life altering decision. It is their own moral choice and it's appalling that anyone would seek to intervene in such a personal matter. Eight billion people are now on a planet with limited resources. Unborn human fetuses have no rights nor should any be imposed on their mothers by politicians, the police, or the United States Supreme Court. It is none of their business nor is it any of yours.
missyann · 56-60
@Wales Where do you get your information from? It is NEVER the intention of the US military to kill innocent civilians. Definitely not terrorism.

The government is limiting the international and deliberate killing of innocent human lives. Women do have choices. One of these is called contraception if she doesn’t want to be pregnant. Another is abstinence.

The reason we have elections is to vote for politicians who support our ethical and moral values. US citizens have every right to stand for laws that they believe are better for society. I believe a law that says that it is wrong to intentionally and deliberately kill an innocent human life is good for society

I will always make it my business to protect and defend all innocent lives
Wales · M
@missyann Believe what you want. The United States military has murdered innocent people all over the world. I will never stand behind the United States government.
missyann · 56-60
@Wales Okay believe what you want. Support anyone you want
