Do you think that it is being a coward to block someone who disagrees with your stance?

I don't think it is cowardice. We come here , presumably, to relax and have an enjoyable time. If someone finds a particular user adversely affects their blood pressure for whatever reason, I see nothing wrong with the person blocking that user. We don't come here with an obligation to read what everyone else has to say.
