It won’t be long before a 27% position on abortion becomes nationwide.

Then it’s time for a real revolution. The minority cannot be permitted to impose their views on the rest of us. Civil War will be morally justified, then. It almost is now.

its not going to be banned in most states the deep south states like ga the one i live in will be the ones that ban it for other than medical reasons. believe me there will be plenty states to go murder your babies in

@Mountainlady16 A nationwide ban is what I was referring to.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@Fukfacewillie dont u understand why they overturned roe vs wade it was against the constitution cause medical laws are state laws.
Fukfacewillie · 56-60, M
@Mountainlady16 I don't agree with it being overturned, but now that it has been overturned, I'm looking at the potential of a nationwide ban.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@Fukfacewillie its not possible it was overturned because theres no way to make it legal or illegal nationwide without a constitutional ammendment and theres not 3/4 of states on either side that one would pass
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@Fukfacewillie roe vs wade was overturned because of the 10th ammendment makes it unconstitutional
Fukfacewillie · 56-60, M
@Mountainlady16 I don’t agree, but respect you have a different interpretation.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@Fukfacewillie its not a right that is guaranteed by the constitution so therefore by the 10th ammendment it becomes the states place to decide the laws on it.
Fukfacewillie · 56-60, M
@Mountainlady16 I don’t agree but am familiar with this argument.

Nevertheless your side won.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@Fukfacewillie the supreme court does that alot breaks the 10th ammendment
