If abortion is banned should we make taking Birth control and getting condoms mandatory?

"pro choicers" are obviously too stupid to use all the birth control that's widely available and easily accessible, much of which costs next to nothing, or is free (covered by insurance)

I say use targeted radiation therapy and permanently sterilize them...

make it mandatory for anyone whose considering or ever had an abortion... problem solved
