If abortion is banned should we make taking Birth control and getting condoms mandatory?

It isn’t banned. This is what the hysterical Left don’t understand. It stays with the states. Those who want abortion will keep it, while those against will either ban in their state, or have restrictions in place, like up to 16-weeks, like Florida has.
