What do you do when you just don't feel like you're good enough?

I work out what it is that is making me feel like I am not good enough. It could be the people around me.
And then I put distance from them.

i don't like when i get sad, but I would lay in my bed like in the dark or eat a lot. even listen to music to take my mind off of whatever is bothering me.
