Would you ever waive your rights?

I haven't the vocabulary nor the wit to express the conviction I fell when I think of this, so let me plagiarize here a bit,..

Yes, I might -depending on what the right was for and how that would affect me.
Would I waive the right to representation an attorney in a case -No!
Would I waive the right to act as an executor of a will if named as such -perhaps.
Would I waive the right to sue in exchange for a large monetary settlement -quite possibly.
It all depends on the specific circumstances.

Not again. I did and it has resulted in nearly 3 years of legal hell. I was tricked and now I am told I must live with my decision but a trick is a trick not a decision. Anyway good question and my advice is never waive your rights. NEVER underestimate the corruption in business.
