What's the line between being confident and arrogant?

The two are close. There's a fine line between them. When does someone go from being confident to being arrogant/conceited?

I think confidence is about self-awareness that is accurate but also realistic and modest. It becomes arrogance when it involves looking down on others and conceit when it the self-regard is unrealistic.
