What's the line between being confident and arrogant?

The two are close. There's a fine line between them. When does someone go from being confident to being arrogant/conceited?

A truly confident person is supportive and helpful to those around them. An arrogant person reminds you how amazing they are repeatedly in all sorts of ways. 🙄
And those types are the most insecure.

@Peaceful: Right, I would say so too. But, for example, if you ask people to rate their own intelligence, most people are going to say they're fairly intelligent or above average. Is that confidence or arrogance? Is rating your own intelligence (or looks or whatever) even fair?

@RileyPancake: I don't know that it's either. As far as intelligence, there are ways to measure that. As far as looks, someone that is secure with who they are May rank themselves higher. I think that's a good thing. It's just our spacesuit anyways, I like what's inside a person. :)
