Here is me being ugly and pouting because it's 11:30AM and I'm exhausted and sick because of the fifth night with insomnia... and I have to go out with my cousins other bridesmaids at 3PM and start a new FT job Monday (on top of my PT). đ

Exhausted & you still look that cute? that's an achievement.
Have you tried melatonin? (natural supplement OTC). I found it quite effective, as it's the chemical that the brain actually produces to induce sleep, or so I was told.
@firefall: I have! My boyfriend takes it every night (a little dependent tbh) but it didn't seem to aide me at all. âšī¸

sounds difficult. hope things improve. I just now got that there'a crying face drawn on, I thought the curve was trying to explain something about your shoulder. and now that I look closer, the shoulder tat.
Insomnia is no fun. I always found it interesting when the adrenaline would kick in around 7 am and then crash around 10 am. I also understand the struggles with negativity. Such a hard cycle to break out of. If you ever want to talk just let me know. Sometime it helps to vent or get distracted.

I've dealt with many disorders, but sleep disorders have got to be the hardest on ur body/mind/soul IMHO. So draining, and I'm sorry to hear you don't sleep well either!
