Any experience of Hypnotherapy ?

Have you tried it ?
Did it work ?
Did it fail ?
Was the experience worth it ?

Have an issue or two and i'd like some ideas.

I have been to a. hypnosis seminar.It was presented by a doctor.SInce that time I am convinced that it is possible only if you allow it. Mind tricks are not possible because you are traaveling deep into your mind. Any hypnosis is a step into deep medtattion.

If that makes any sense?

It felt fake as far as people obeying commands.Money wasted,but I do know a person that quit smoking with a free smoking cessation seminar. You will wake up because you are never really asleep. I believe it could help with stress.
