Never had an "real" tan in my life. I spends so much time in the sun when young, but all I normally did was turn bright red one day and then back to white the next. I did get a LITTLE tan, but not that "bronzed" look by any means.

@newgirl: As a teen, when tans mattered I guess, first, I didn't tan but also I didn't go a lot of places like beaches because my leg is badly scarred from fire and until i was into my 20's I never wore shorts because I felt uncomfortable about the questions the scarring brought.
