A serious note: If you knew you were to die today...

What words of wisdom would you want to pass on. What would you try to tell the world that could help them decide if this is all you have to leave behind.

I love you all. I'm going to heaven. I hope you'll give some serious thought to accepting Jesus as your personal Savior, so I will see you there, too.

@GraceFromEP: I want to hope I will go to heaven. I was raised Methodist. To let you know when my parents passed, I was granted a dream. I saw them walking hand in hand with this enormous crowd of other souls. They smiled as they passed me and both waved. It surprised me this scene. The mass of souls all so full of such Joy. And also that I was able to see what I saw. My judgement has not been set. But I know my Father God's name.
Carla, I will say this to you as if you were one of my own family. You can be sure of going to heaven. The only thing you have to do is say "Jesus, I want to invite you to come into my heart and life forever. Forgive me for my sins and help me to live for you. Amen." And that's all it takes, believe he saved you, then start living for him, and reading your bible so you'll feed your new spirit with His Words and you'll start growing spiritually, day by day. When God saves, he forgives all your sins and they are forgotten completely. You are no longer under condemnation or judgement. You have inherited eternal life in heaven. How you were raised has nothing to do with it. It is a personal decision. God is incapable of error, and cannot lie, so when he says you will go to heaven, you can count on it, IF you have asked Him to save you and meant it. When one does that, they live according to his Word. A lot of people know of God, but are not saved or living for Him. God doesn't want half our heart. He wants a full commitment.

"All that which the Father giveth me shall come unto me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out." John 6:37

@GraceFromEP: Thank you Grace. I have known many different Christian Faiths. My own sister preaches to me every day telling me I need to make changes in my life. I know my creator. And I want to be with all of my family who have passed. I simply cannot feel comfortable whilst being 'preached to' There is a bit in me that feels like Gods Voice calling me to come forward. I have ben gifted many dreams. And as difficult as this sound I feel the decision has to be mine alone.
I can tell you the very BEST of bible study I have had in absolute understanding was by Jehovah' Witness. It ALL made complete sense. Yet in this too I strayed. I fell back because of their urgency for me to commit to baptism.
I cannot be pushed into ANY commitment. It has to be MY choice MY decision alone.
@Carla1951: There is no way to tell someone how to be saved without it is going to sound like preaching, I suppose, but that's the last thing I want to do. I was just replying to your comment. Yes, it Is most definitely, completely up to you. As it should be. Religions have nothing to do with salvation. That is, no denomination does. Commitment does not stem from a certain denomination, but from Christ. However, if you decide to follow Christ, I hope you'll do a lot of research on whichever church you decide to attend and their particular doctrine, as God's Word says if any man comes to you teaching anything other than His doctrine, than what is in His Word, receive them not. I know a lot of somes doctrine does not match up with His Word. I've had some come to my door and they couldn't even back up their beliefs with the bible and was stumped to reply to things I pointed out to them they they were trying to get me to believe that were flat out wrong and what was not taught in God's Word.
