I can't really say. I'm inclined to say no, but meaning is a highly subjective thing. While my life isn't all that meaningful to me, there's a small possibility that it's meaningful to others I interact or have interacted with.
Even though I don't talk to her anymore, I am the person that made my mother a mother. I was her first born. I gave her that identity. That doesn't count for nothing. Maybe my impact on others is less drastic, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's devoid of meaning

You don't feel you have a purpose? Do you feel a need for one?

@Winterwanderer: I tried looking for purpose for several years, but could never find anything that came close. I imagine having purpose would be fulfilling, but given the way my life has unfolded, I'm prepared to die without one
