my family hates me, and they disrespect and taunt me a lot! I don't have anyone to talk to. what to do?

I really don't have friends nor family, and now I can't trust anyone..and can't talk to anyone, my life is a mess and I am always stressed . I am getting insane. Help me

@notaregularguy: Everyone has their own way of working on the issues they face, people are only sharing with you as per their own experiences. Those methods helped them, so maybe they feel like it might do the same for you. No need to thank me, I just hope things work out for the better.
