How many of the 20 to 30 age group here still live at home?

My daughter does .I think you will find alot of single youngsters do because even if they work full time rents and house prices are so high their priced out of the market so have no choice .
Its got to a point where you need 2 people working full time just to be able to rent or pay a mortgage on a home .It has got ridiculous , our young people have been totally priced out the market .

Right here. Until college is done and loans are paid off, no place of my own can be had.

I’d move out then cause this isn’t my kids forever home.

My parents told me and my sister that we would have to pay rent to live with them
when we turned 18. We were both out before our 18th birthday. She got married,
I went in the military. Even if they would not have charged us, I still would have left.

I think it is good for kids to start paying their own way when they turn 18.
