Started my day with a car accident...

I was rear-ended while sitting in traffic, at a stoplight, sandwiched between a van and a pick-up truck. My back and shoulders are so sore. Any suggestions for dealing with the soreness when all I have is ibuprofen? [I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow.]

What did the doc say? Chiropractor & aspirin or something stronger?

@ineedadrink: He poked, squeezed, and twisted, and scheduled me for x-rays. He prescribed Flexeril and Naproxen. Said if I'm not better by Monday to come back. The drugs are good, but the soreness remains.

I had a mild one over the winter, luckily the aspirin & quack did the trick for me.
