Ever since I graduated high school and got a job I've seemed to develop severe anxiety when I'm overworked when it comes to different tasks has this ever happened to you?

Well it depends on what triggers your anxiety I have anxiety and I hate it and not medicated for it my doctor wanted to when I had to have counseling for my anxiety but my mom said no to medicine to help me with my anxiety
