Dresses and skirts never fit my waist I'm wearing a U.K. Size 4 rn and it's still too big round my waist but fine elsewhere 😡 What can I do 😩

U need to fold the hem of the skirt across til the fit is comfortable, hold with pin(s) then sew the fold to fix it , basically reducing the circumference of the hem
