Can you genuinely answer this question

When I hear the man who says he feels like a woman what exactly does that mean? And how do women feel?

I'm guessing it depends on the context, but it is an awfully strange thing to say when you think about it. I've said things like that myself, but left like that, it seems pretty shallow.
What part is shallow?
@DidIHurtYourFeelings: the implication that all women feel a certain way, I guess it's what I was thinking. It's obviously an incomplete statement in need of some clarification.

I feel like a woman when.... Or I feel like this woman, or this kind of woman,, those things I get.

Standing alone, I don't get it. You could take it as misogyny, but I'm not sure that's what was intended.
@Misty71: That's the thing. There is no real answer because as women we are not a certain way. We are all different. So it had me thinking how can a man say that he feels like a woman. I have come to the conclusion of what I think but if I say it I might offend plenty and I don't want to do that
@DidIHurtYourFeelings: No doubt, all women are not the same and they have lots of different feelings.

I'm assuming adding things like I feel like a woman inside aren't that much better, but the extra word there at least gives some insight.

Let me ask you, do the statements, I feel like i want to be a woman, or even I feel like I should be a woman raise the same issue?
I will give you my honest answer. The answer for the trans person is they "want to be women"
These I believe are gay men. This is there choice and that's fine because it's what makes them happy, but they know they will be ridiculed for there choices so they decided to start the whole trans thing because if it's a condition they are born with people have to accept it right? Example everything that the trans do is basically sexual. There brains are obviously still male. Why because think about it. They sell sex, they always post nude photos and forever show off there paid for tits and ass. Is that what trans men see woman as? And most of them never remove there penis and they are okay with that? Which is odd because if you feel like a woman then they would know that no woman would be okay with have a hangdang between her legs. But he keeps it because it's his tool, he gets to attract men with his illusion of being a woman on the outside and still has what makes him a man. He gets to be the closet gay and that is what he is.
@DidIHurtYourFeelings: Yeah, I can see where that might offend a lot of people.

You've made an awful lot of generalizations there about "trans persons" when there are an awful lot of different folks hanging out under that umbrella, some of whom are "trans men" i.e, female to male types, some of whom think they're "trans lesbians" and others of whom do want to lose what's between their legs.
@Misty71: we live in a hard world, and its even harder being a actual woman who seems to be slowly losing everything she's worked so hard for to have men in women's clothes trying to misrepresente what we actually are. We are not sex objects, having big fake plastic boobs and selling our butts does not make us women. You are a married man. I am sure your wife is not any of those things. I honestly feel sorry for the people who have mental issues, but I would suggest they get help instead of destroying a whole gender that has nothing to do with them
@DidIHurtYourFeelings: I don't think I feel right about replying to that one publicly.

@Misty71: I think you mean "misandry" not "misogyny".
