This guy at my work keeps touching me like putting his hand on my back or my shoulder, he even touched my waist at one point. I never get irritated but the one thing that irritates me is this I've found out. I hate it. Maybe I'm being too touchy but I proper feel uncomfortable like ugh get off

If it's making you uncomfortable, please talk to HR or your boss about it. Or next time he does it, voice your concern and just say "i'm sorry but that makes me feel uncomfortable." Nothing wrong with that. :) He shouldn't be touching you in the first place.
