@Jimmyorjames: Eternal recurrence is about the ability of nature to give us immortality. There are three postulated recurrence types: stagnant, erosive, and balanced. Each entails change from current self to replacement self, and this is discussed in terms of repetition and innovation. Only the balanced type is viable: the others suffering from serious integrity and queuing problems.
@LucyRocks: Sort of like when amphibians grow their limbs back, theoretically we could constantly regenerate and refresh our organs? Am I in the right direction?
