1st get alone,i mean REALLY alone,,, not where other can hear you. a Beautiful natural setting es the best. Solitude is key.
2nd try to relax a bit,, when stressed we cannot release. if you do anything like yoga or such that would help. instrumental music whatever it takes to let the stress bleed out of you like water from a jug. as the stress leaves you will feel your pains, that makes us tighten up
we fear this, ,,so you must remember that your pain cannot actually hurt you,, it just feels like it will. you may also have anger in there, it can tighten you up again, so work thru that before.
In some cases, Physical exhaustion will help, if you are fit enough run hard fast and long,, swimming is even better!>
once you are exhausted, it is much harder to resist the emotional release.
