Seriously, focusing on the good allows us to see it more and more while the bad seems less significant over time. It's all what we choose to focus on. And the situations that can't be solved with thinking positive? Acting toward eliminating those problems. Find your happy place 💕💕
It really makes such a difference! And the longer you do it, the more amazing the results. I used to really struggle with depression. This helped me really find my happy place and hold onto it ^_^
