Is this normal?👀

I've got my first job, as a waitress😏there's an administrator in the company and he emailed me about me needing my ID and reference form. I asked him if I email it to him or hand it to Alex (the general manager). He emailed back like 'if you could send me pics of your ID and email me the ref form. Alex wouldn't know what to do with it LOL x'. He put lol and a kiss at the end?! I thought you have to put yours sincerely Imao I swear it's not normal to put a kiss😂😩
