Is Valentine's Day only for lovers?

In Spain, it is. But I think in anglo-saxon world its meaning is more open. I mean, it's also for friendship. Am I right?

As far as it being for friends, I don't see why not, reading the news earlier, it would seem that Paolo Berdini should probably buy a valentines card and bouquet for Mayor Raggi !
