That's hard to believe considering where you are.

MoveAlong · 70-79, M
Did you know tumbleweeds are an invasive species.

salsola tragus or Russian thistle
maskedbandit · 61-69, M
@MoveAlong I just learned something new. Now it's to remember that. That could be a problem.😅

@caPnAhab I always thought they were native to the Western US and Mexico. I just came across it a few years ago.
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@MoveAlong I thought so too. I just now read that they can be found in every contiguous US state
But have you ever seen a living tumbleweed??
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@greensnacks A living tumbleweed, you mean the nomadic ones that live off of gathering insects.

I thought they were a myth
maskedbandit · 61-69, M
@greensnacks 😂 I thought they were alive when they were moving. 😅
LOL Had a similar reaction seeing a Nun for the 1st time.
It's always a trip spotting elements of film genres beyond the movie screen.

😅There's about to be a showdown at the O.K. Corral!

I have one in my kitchen. I live near downtown Denver, near a major street, and I've thought about taking it to the street and leaving it there, like somehow it just blew there. But too many cameras in this bad neighborhood.

I keep forgetting they're real and not a prop that someone made up
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@KiwiDan Imagine whenever you see one it's time to duck and cover so as not to get caught in the shoot out
