Phew I managed to remove the thorn from my left foot:) and having a lovely morning soon to be noon here 🩵

I slept in my new home, it wasn't easy to sleep as I was overstimulated from yesterday, but today I woke up and mmm had a breakfast and coffee - is still on - and did soak my feet in so hot water.. but later with careful procedure I did this tiny operation on the sole of my foot, I serialized my nail clipper with fire and used some of its little knife and pulling and voila the thorn is out!
I feel relieved and I looked at it and thought how a tiny thing indeed can make a big impact - I was adjusting my walking and I think it's been there for a week or so and it's gotten swollen but not to a degree to make me think of doctors, but I needed to sit down and do this...
