It's hard to send a letter of warning to a long time vendor who will openly say to my face she knows she's breaking the Code of Conduct

And brushes me off 🙄

But I guess I have to do it to enforce a rule and let her know if she does it again she will be suspended.

This person should know better, she is in her 60s
