This night I dreamt that I was drinking but it wasn't a bad dream...

It was all good lol, like I had it under control and didn't get addicted again but I don't know if that's such a good thing. 😆

Funny thing in terms of quitting alcohol vs. cigarettes is that yes, cigarettes are difficult, but they don't play mind tricks. Alcohol plays mind tricks, you start believing that you can drink once and control yourself. It literally makes you delusional. It doesn't feel as bad to quit as cigarettes but it's more difficult in the literal sense because it's not so much about you withstanding cravings as it's about someone stopping you from just jumping off the roof because you're convinced you can fly lol. When I quit cigarettes I had no delusions, it was just very uncomfortable. Interesting difference...

I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke either. So don't know how it feels to leave them . Like having a breakup with girlfriend? )

@Shakil Imagine you are more thirsty than you have every been in your life, but you cannot drink water. No matter what you do, you are distracted by your thoughts of water because you're super thirsty. That is what it feels like. With time the feeling fades.

@Nightwings with time fellings.. memories, happiness, tears...all fade away.. maybe habit or addiction don't leave a scar..but the feeling and deep connection do.
Sorry for being a bit off topic
