The mother of my son's classmate chain-smokes indoors and walks around topless. Do I report her to CPS or confront her directly?
Last week, I posted about the mother of my son's classmate after picking my son up from their house. She chain-smokes indoors around the kids and even posts about it openly on Instagram.

Since then, I've spoken with other parents from school, and it turns out several of them share the exact same concerns. On top of the heavy smoking, a few of the boys have seen her lounging around topless while they were over. I also found out that other parents have already reported her to CPS in the past.
Needless to say, my son won't be visiting their house anymore. However, I’m torn on what to do next. Should I file a report with CPS as well, or would it be better to send her a direct message to address this? If I do reach out directly, I have no idea how to phrase it. Any advice would be appreciated!
