The reasons Im feeling off today,

1) I feel Im not attractive enough. I went to a beauty salon to get my eyebrows done and everyone were blond and beautiful. I know I am beautiful but I think I dont pay as much attention as I should to my appearances. Like getting my hair dyed and eyelashes and all. To sum up, I feel not enough.

2) someone told me today that I am the economical engine of the house. Meaning I make more money than my husband. Which is true. But he is trying so hard and of course I didnt tell him abt the comment bc I know he will feel so bad. It somehow made me feel down. Idk why exactly.

3) I feel fat. My friends say Im not but I can feel my belly is gaining weight and damn I hate it it.

4) Someone I care alot abt is punishing me by ignorance. It hurts.

Yeah, these r for today. Needed to put them down.

Everyone deals with that static. I wish I could bench more or swim further. But you can't have it all just like that. Weight is manageable. Sugar and fat reduction in your diet will help you lose weight. If you drink sugary drinks or eat ice cream or pizza you'll gain weight. If you eat things like rice with chicken and avocado slices you'll lose weight. Talk to AI about it. It can help you figure it out.
I do hope you find your self-worth, beyond the way you look because as you age, that will much more essential for your mental health. I am just happy that my body is still functioning fairly well, I'm grateful that I can walk everytime I see this man, in a wheelchair, zoom by on the street. I hope your income provides you with some confidence, never shrink yourself for someone else's ego.

1) Stop comparing yourself to others, you will drive yourself crazy.

2) Opinions are like a-holes, everybody's got their own.

3) Gym memberships solves everything.

4) Have you tried giving him the bird? That usually does the trick.
Simplyme33 · 31-35, F
@GohantheThird I go to the gym. But somehow I feel thick on belly.

Giving him the brid? What is that?
@Simplyme33 giving someone the bird is code for give them the middle finger lol.

I get a thick feeling in my belly too sometimes. Maybe focus on excercises that focus on your core. It could also be a digestive issue, so check your diet as well.
Simplyme33 · 31-35, F
@GohantheThird oh lol. Well he is not the kind I can show the middle finger to.

And yes , I need to focus on core exercises. And damn diet. Have been eating too much carbs recently

Just stay focused on yourself and your loved ones. Don’t pay attention to others. It’s just noise. You are what you are and people should accept you the way you are.
Simplyme33 · 31-35, F
@Nick1 yeah. I dont blame them actually. I blame myself for being too weak to get affected easily
Nick1 · 61-69, M
@Simplyme33 Stop blaming yourself and start believing in yourself. That will be good beginning.
