To me it's perfect because I'm at the same place you are right now and I've made new goals for myself and I'm listening more to my body and this time I just know I'm going to reach my goal and that makes me super happy. I'm real proud of you for paying attention to your needs and what makes you happy. These are things we can't rush and we can be gentle with ourselves yet reach our goals. Like you, I like my solitude and I love to meditate on God and things and how I can make this world better if possible and what I can do for others is what makes me happy as well. I really enjoy reaching my goals. It really makes each day special. And I love that you're not forcing things on your body but giving it time to adjust and just enjoy the process.
