I wonder how good it is for my mental health to be called a b tch and/or a c nt every day

My last escalation tonight was really bad. Most of the time I let it go. But sometimes it really does get to me and I often wonder if it does have a negative effect on my mental health even tho most the time im able to let it go within a few hours but yeah I can relate 🤗
