When a kid asks you a question with curiosity

Don't make them feel dumb. It genuinely annoys me so much. Crushing a kids spirit like that

Curiosity is a VIRTUE. Reward it!
@CountScrofula 100% I love it. I'm literally still that "but why" kid lol but not everyone is receptive to actual kids that ask questions. I've seen it too many times

@HijabaDabbaDoo Most people have the emotional intelligence of a door knob . I’ve seen countless times adults telling kids to “ shut up and not get into “adult” conversations” about money, life etc., when they’re asking very valid questions…
I would never do that to my daughter.

@CountScrofula Unless you identity as a cat.
I love when kids get curious and ask questions. It shows intelligence and imagination.
@robingoodfellow to see the world through a kids eyes is honestly a blessing. Untainted and creative.

I love answering question posed out of curiousity.
People who are unkind to kids make me want to slap them.
I hate people who do that.

I hate when people do that.
Or when someone is being dismissive of how they are feeling by saying " you're ok" no they aren't they need validation that how they feel is ok ...
Yes. Adults are so unaware how much influence and impression have on kids.

Yeah, this is why society is failing. People arent raising kids right. Stuff like this would make them be afaird to ask questions in the future and hurt their critical thinking skills
@empanadas agreed
