Ember is enjoying making sweet love to my new sandals while I do paperwork

One of the vendors bought me a pair of slides to help with my plantar fascitis and they are actually amazing

I need a foot sling for nighttime and a wrap as well. It's so painful

These supports have pretty good reviews 4.4 on Trust Pilot

@RebelRaven awesome, thank you so much!! Yes I was looking at some wraps like this. And I have some exercises, plus a rolling pin to roll out my calves, and hot and cold water bottles

I hear it can be pretty painful if you don't deal with it

@caccoon it’s a pain like no other, been suffering for years, even spent $500 on custom orthotics, HUGE waste of money they made my feet worse. Asics runners are also really good for PF.

@RebelRaven thank you so much!!

I'm sorry to hear that. It really is painful and awful. I'm on my feet more than not and It's been really difficult to walk at market lately 😫

I can't even put pressure on my heel sometimes

I laughed way to hard at this,
I had to sleep in a boot. ( night splint)It was uncomfortable keeping my foot in that one position, but it worked
caccoon · 36-40
@Bexsy yeah I am looking at getting one of those boots that holds your foot at an angle to stretch the fascia
@caccoon mine was really bad and after couple weeks...it worked. I haven't had many issues since. Keeping your foot at that angle and the stretch it forces, is uncomfortable for first few days

@Bexsy I hope it never comes back for you!! It is so shitty
