So yesterday I had another amazing unexpected bump-in with another woman and that was just so pleasant. What do you feel about it?
So yesterday I visited Koramangala area of our city Bangalore in India which is another cosmopolitan part of the city. So after I entered this Third Wave Coffee branch in Koramangala, I bumped into this woman again with whom I talked in the same Cafe 2 months ago. I honestly didn't expect it and just entered the Cafe to buy an iced Americano and maybe meet someone new but yeah she literally looked at me and recognized me and you all won't believe that before I could initiate, she herself smiled at me and said that she remembered we talked here a couple of months ago and asked me how am I doing. I answered her and also said her that I remember her as well and we talked. Whats crazier is, she remembered too that I mentioned about being done with MBA and job searching and she asked me how is my job search going on. I was a bit embarrassed to mention that the job search is still going on and that I faced ghosting from recruiters and all. She then responded saying me not to be too sad and she understands how the job market is for freshers and told me to hope for the best.
Then she even asked whether I am enjoying in the Cafe or not and I said yes and that I came here for an Americano. She is also a Law professional but not a lawyer tho which surprised me. She is an Indian woman from Bangalore itself so most likely a Kannadiga person whereas I am Bengali living in the city for many years. Eventually tho she said she had a meeting coming up so she had to get back to her laptop. She also stood and talked with me for real as I had to stand and talk too as the table next to her was occupied so I couldnt sit there. I am 25 and she is also mostly anywhere in the 25-30 age range. Overall a great interaction and one of my best repeat encounter for real. It feels so great when an interaction isn't just one time interaction.
