Just feeling like a demon

I just had to remove a lady from the end of the canopy and she started telling me it's my fault and "people like me" are the reason she gets r*ped on the streets.

I'm sorry girl, but you have literally wiped sh!t on the building before and I can't be having it.

But do I feel evil? Yes.

I do feel like a POS for not letting people stay here anymore. But I need to keep it safe and clean and it's literally my job

But, she is right. I am the reason. It sucks. I am wondering if I made the wrong decision
