When did being kind start to hurt you?
Because sometimes I notice it's not so much that I or anyone else has issues that's the problem, it's that we turn our backs on each other in times of hardship.
Hardship isn't new.
Humanity has been in hardship since we have existed.
I understand there are so many people willing to do awful things because that is human nature. But the people that would be kind, or claim to care, have become as absent as the ones who never hid their brutal humanity.
I'm not asking for opinions on humanity, I'm asking personally, when did you stop caring about the people you share your surroundings with?
