I need a mid life crisis

I think I am having a midlife crisis, My wife said ‘oh no, not another one!’
I looked up the definition and I fit the definition perfectly, person looking ya new partner usually much younger, or a feeling of dissatisfaction?
I know I’m feeling quite lost lately
