Today I had some of the most international interactions on the same day. Which one do you feel was the best?
So today after not going out for 3 days, i had several interactions. So in Smoor Cafe of Lavelle Road of our city Bangalore in India, i initiated conversation with this expat woman from Germany. Yeah she is living and working in Bangalore for the past 2 months. I then shared I have been living in Bangalore since 2008. So she was curious whether I am from elsewhere and I said being from Bengal. Then I asked her which city in Germany she is from and she said Stuttgart. I didn't know about the city but she explained that it's near Munich and that's where Porsche was founded. That impressed me as a car enthusiast and i then showed her BMW M models i filmed around Bangalore and she was like wow and she even said BMW is her favorite. I also showed her the video of a Lamborghini Huracan I saw which I know isn't German but a cool car overall. I also asked whether she is working in a IT and she said she is working in HR department of the company and I also mentioned newly done with MBA and searching for Analyst roles as she asked my field too. We had long mutual interactions and lots of laughs and I also found her attractive. She is mostly in her mid 20s or maybe late 20s too and I am 25 and I was composed for sure but also regretted not asking her Instagram and really felt attracted to her as she is beautiful and loved her energy too.
In Blue Tokai Cafe of Koramangala area, I initiated conversation with this another expat woman from Russia. She was also somewhere in her 20s for sure and she had such a sweet smile. I as usual initiated saying I am saying Hi to new people and she responded in a friendly way. She was reading a book and I asked about it and she showed me and told me about the book but it was in Russian language so couldn't understand haha. I even asked her how she finds Bangalore and she said she lives in Koramangala area itself and she loves the weather and greenery of the city. Honestly I was feeling subtle attraction towards her too as she was super pretty but was composed as usual. She was another whom I couldn't ask her Instagram. We eventually ended the interaction with a handshake. Idk why I was running out of topics with her maybe because I was nervous due to feeling attracted or something else.
Then at entrance of 1MG Lido mall of Trinity Circle, I initiated with 2 British women who were tourists. The interaction was more brief but they were so bubbly and animated in their interactions. They were most likely in their early 30s. But yeah I enjoyed the interaction. They said they are from London so yeah even I said it's one of my childhood dream City to visit. They said I should visit. Overall brief. Then in the same mall, i met another woman from Poland who is a tourist. I initiated the interaction on the escalator of the same mall and was having a great interaction and i definitely liked her more raw Polish accent for sure but again a brief interaction as it was a walking interaction in the mall.
Then while going to Church Street, i greeted a group of 6 East Asian women. One of them smiled a greeted back and I said I am just saying Hi to new people and she said Hi and laughed. I asked which country she is from and she said Japan. But yeah I disengaged faster as it was a big group. In Lavelle Road area at entrance of this Boutique, I initiated conversation with this woman from the Netherlands. She was a lot older tho old enough to be my mom but I still initiated. She even laughed and said that Amsterdam is actually a small place which surprised me as I often thought Amsterdam is a major city. Sadly the interaction ended as her cab came so I said her have a great day and she said "Likewise". Then in Church Street, i initiated conversation with this another woman from Spain. She was older too mostly in her late 30s to early 40s and she said she is from Barcelona and was quite bubbly and laughing and had that unique accent too but as it was in Church Street, suddenly some kid selling flowers came to her to buy the flowers so yeah I ended the interaction faster.
Eventually the ending interaction was also in Church Street but this time with a man from the UK. He at first asked me guess his country. I guessed the US and he said no and joked that he is glad that he isn't from the US and said it's other side of the sea and I guessed UK and he said correct. What impressed me tho was his lifestyle. He said he completed his studies 7 years ago which means he is probably around 28-30 and is mostly traveling the world now after working for a few years. I said I wanna travel the world too but just completed my MBA and searching for a job so maybe later and he said I will always be able to do it in future after working for some time. He said he is doing his India tour now but he has also been to Brazil, Colombia, Panama and the Caribbean. I went wow and said him I am definitely interested about Latin America and the Caribbean and he also said he had the best time there as well and said that I will enjoy it there for sure too. A perfect way to end the outing today.
