How is he able to get into relationships so fast?

So this post will be about this guy Harsh again who was my classmate during 1st sem of MBA. So he was gym-built, had full grown beard, handsome and confident with women. He is a North Indian basically from Gurgaon in Delhi NCR region of India who came to our city Bangalore in India for his MBA and I am a Bengali from Siliguri in West Bengal living in Bangalore for many years. So I remember during MBA, he was dating this girl Khushi in our class on whom I had a crush initially too but yeah I was more shy at the time. So yeah he was way more confident with women in our campus, even having group hangouts with male and female batchmates etc. But yeah eventually Khushi and Harsh broke up after a few months and as he had low attendance due to taking frequent leaves, he eventually quit his MBA and went back to his hometown in the Delhi NCR region and often posted his Instagram pics in Gurgaon and Sonipat which are in that region of Northern India.

Then suddenly in his hometown he got a new girlfriend named Simran and often posted pics with her and had flirty/romantic replies in his comments section of the post. He even came with her to Bangalore again in 2024 to meet his friends he made in MBA and they all went to Church Street in a bar/nightclub and took pics there and posted on Instagram. He often uses Punjabi/Jatt songs in his Instagram stories and posts too and his posts are often really flashy for real too. But yeah I didn't feel jealous at the time as by then I was finally confident too and socializing with women in my MBA campus and that day even had a long interaction with an American expat woman in UB City mall so I kinda brushed it off. But yeah he seemed to have been dating Simran for a while as he plenty of times posted pics with her on his Instagram. The Punjabi songs he used tho were so catchy no gonna lie. He then went to Singapore last year May and again used Punjabi songs there as well but he suddenly deactivated/deleted his Instagram and wasn't on the app for over year.

But today I found his new Instagram profile and followed him and saw his new pics. He re-posted his Singapore pics, gym pics and other flashy pics. Now he is 25 and I am also 25. One thing I noticed is he is using less Punjabi or Jatt tracks in his new account and more English or Hindi or hip-hop tracks. But it seems like he is in a relationship with another woman named Miti. Yeah idk what happened between him and Simran and he wasn't on Instagram for over a year but yeah he is dating another woman now as I saw her being extremely flirty with him in his comments calling him hot, handsome, "reserved for me", "only mine" and in one comment "soon we will be married and together baby" which means Harsh is probably getting married soon. What's crazier is that his girlfriend's mom is also commenting in some of his posts saying "My handsome son-in law". Its kinda crazy how he is easily able to get into relationships. I am also much more confident too, initiating conversations with women including foreign women in Central Bangalore areas like Church Street, Lavelle Road, Indiranagar, UB City etc, dming women from my city on Instagram, again using dating apps but yeah not much luck romantically. I had a different upbringing too as I was bullied in school and was shy and withdrawn from girls for years due to low self-esteem and only recently I am more confident. Sadly tho he is getting so many compliments but the only major compliment I ever got was getting called cute by Anshika who was my crush in MBA. What do you feel?
