I was thinking of Lucy earlier. I saw one that could've been her twin here
Sleep paralysis is traumatising. Any kind of sleep terror just feeds sleep avoidance. I'm lucky that I rarely remember any dreams these days. It's almost as if I don't have them. I am a waking insomniac though. I can't stay asleep. Current pattern is bed around 9 to 10pm, up before midnight for about an hour and a half, then up at 3.30 to vape and up at 5am full stop. I sleep in a series of naps.

@ostfuidctyvm dude, that is so rough. I am so sorry you have to deal with that.
And absolutely... The bad sleep experiences make you scared to sleep, even if you want to.
I remember you telling me that this is how you rest... And I really hope you find something that helps someday. 😔
Maybe you need boobies in your face (But seriously, I'm sorry 😔💙💙)

@caccoon I think that the boobies would help 🥹
I did have a spell in my worst anxiety phase where night terrors left me unwilling to go to bed at all. It took me months to get back to sleeping in bed. I nearly lost my marbles 😵💫
Fortunately I found them again and now I'm perfectly sane, as my posts clearly show 😗🎵
